I'm an independent consultant with 15 years' experience helping organisations understand their users and design better products and services. I've led work serving millions of users, systematised fragmented services, and secured board-level approval for strategic direction.

I specialise in work where services have become complex, responsibility is spread across many different teams, and decisions have become harder to make. My role is to help organisations understand what's really happening, align around evidence, and create services that work better for everyone involved.
