I'm an independent consultant with 15 years' experience helping organisations understand their users and design better services. I've led work serving millions of users across public and private sectors—from transforming prison services to improving how national statistics reach the public. My work involves systematising fragmented services, leading research projects, and shaping strategic direction for complex programmes, helping teams align, prioritise, and move forward with confidence.

I've led teams and programmes of work for organisations including the Office for National Statistics, Ministry of Justice, Scottish Government, AXA, Hargreaves Lansdown, and others. I worked with 50+ teams across private and public sector—in high-security justice, finance, and healthcare, shaping end-to-end services, delivering 250+ workshops, and informing multi-million-pound programme roadmaps.
